COMPULSORY ACTS OF GHUSL

There are three compulsory acts in Ghusl:

1. To rinse the mouth. (If you are not fasting, then gargle).
2. To clean the nostrils.
3. To pour water over the whole body in such a way that a hair's-breadth place is not left dry.

THE SUNNATS OF GHUSL
 

1. To wash both hands up to the wrists.
2. To wash the private parts and those parts over which impurity is found.
3. To make niyyah of removing the impurity.
4. To perform wuzoo first.
5. To pour water over the whole body thrice
